She has worked for various publications including the Courier-Post in New Jersey, Cairo Times and Egypt Today magazines, advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi in Egypt, the Guardian newspaper in the UK, and the Sydsvenskan and Kvällsposten newspapers in Sweden, as well as numerous Swedish magazines. She published the book The Perfect Photo with Tobias Hagberg.
